Exchange and Return Policy
All items are subject to return and exchange except for: Sprinklers, Pressure Gauges, Thermometers, and Electronic; unless found with manufacturing defect.
To return and exchange goods, original invoice is required.
Returns and exchange will only be accepted if products are in their original condition with original packaging.
For all items, returns will be accepted only within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
Immediate Defective Items Replacement
Ideal Caliber Company will replace devices with manufacturing defect with a similar item within seven (7) days from purchase date based on the following conditions:
- Device must be free of scratches or signs of misuse.
- Original packaging along with the box and accessories must be returned.
- A technical report from the Authorized Service Center might be required prior to replacement.
